Shipping fresh crop green coffee beans is our top priority. We work very closely with our green bean partners to ensure all coffee beans are fresh crops. We arrange shipments from our partners once every month. All delivery dates are stated in every coffee description.
Shipping Schedule
All 1kg pack green beans are ready stock & ship out within 3-5 working days. 5kg & above are all pre-orders, the delivery date is stated at the end of the coffee description.
Within Peninsular Malaysia
All orders are shipped via DHL E-Commerce, J&T Cargo, and Pgeon courier service, from Monday until Saturday (Saturday delivery is subject to house address only). It usually takes 1-5 working days to be delivered depending on the courier and delivery area. No PO Box delivery address is accepted.
Applicable to the business working day ( Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day ).

We offer same-day delivery within Central Klang Valley via Lalamove & Grab Express on weekdays Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12 pm will arrange for delivery in the afternoon. The delivery will be delivered before 7 pm.
Orders with 5kg above will be subject to availability. We will contact you if your beans are unavailable and refund the shipping fee accordingly. Feel free to contact us regarding the availability via chat and messenger.
Shipping Fee
MYR 25 shipping fee delivery within Central Klang Valley only. Extra shipping is required if the same-day delivery is out of central Klang Valley, our team will contact you about this.
International Shipping
We ship all international orders via DHL Express and FedEx. The delivery time varies depending on the courier, we state all the estimated delivery times as follows**
All international orders will ship when all beans are ready in one shipment.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link and number to trace your parcel. Shipping transit times only start to run once you are provided with a tracking number.
Please note that all coffee beans are shipped using a courier service with tracking, so someone will need to be present at your shipping address to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery.
Shipping Fees
The cost of shipping depends on weight, volume and destination. The price for your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. You may check the fee with a cart using the shipping rates calculator.
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country and they will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. The recipient of the parcel will pay these charges, customs policies vary by country. We shall not be responsible for any issues related to customs clearance, the receiver of the parcel must contact the local courier regarding this. We recommend a purchase of a maximum of 2kg in a single purchase to ease customs clearance.
Should the importing country require Phytosanitary certification from the origin country, additional fees will apply. Please check with the destination country if the phytosanitary certificate is required. Any shipment that has been held/returned/destroyed due to lack of a phytosanitary certificate will not be refunded if no prior communication has been made with our team.
